After selection of train, press search button after indicating number of full and child tickets, by choosing any carriage within train.
If you are satisfied with information indicated in schedule, enter information on passenger and press the button. In the next page, enter information on passengers; press the button “register”. User bears responsibility for correct entrance of passenger information to system.
Operations for buying departure documents (tickets) are conducted by plastic cards. Operation is conducted by bank after passing through determined procedures.
After operation is finished, departure documents (tickets), name of carriage, number of carriage and place, departure and arrival date, passenger and other information will be submitted. This information may also be sent to your e-mail.
You can save (for buying ticket from booking office) or print this information.
Azerbaijan Railways CJSC proposes to physical entities services for buying departure documents (tickets) to passenger trains moving domestic and international directions in online regime by internet by using plastic cards.
It is necessary to absolutely get acquainted with rules of documentation of orders and buying of departure documents (tickets) for non having misunderstanding during execution order admission processes by internet.
By using website, you can give order on route to any assigned point in direction of passenger trains moving both within and beyond country (temporarily excluding opposite directions of Baku-Horadiz and Baku-Astara trains).
Payments on orders conducted by internet are realized by plastic cards.
Following operations are not conducted in online ticket sale system:
Ticket orders by internet are conducted each morning from 07.00 to 23.00. Order is not accepted in online regime from 23.00 until 07.00 of the next day in connection with prophylactic measures conducted in system.
Maximum 4 tickets may be ordered through one operation by internet.
User ordered by internet for buying departure documents (tickets) and paid travel fees by plastic card can buy departure documents (tickets) by submitting identity card or order blank by approaching booking office of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC during 10 days, till 1 hours left for departure.
Orders for departure documents (tickets) by internet are conducted within 2 hours for passenger trains to be departed from initial station.

Note: child departure documents (tickets) are requested passengers within 5-10 ages. One of parents has right to take child up to 5 ages with him(her)self free of charge. If passenger wishes to take second, third etc. children up to 5 ages with him(her)self, then he (she) should buy child ticket for each of children. Passenger with child, when taking the train, should submit to carriage guide birth certificate of child. Departure documents (tickets) are paid in full tariff for children having 10 ages.
Caution! Notwithstanding of number of bought departure documents (tickets), 10 minutes is given to you for execution operations indicated in article 9.

If there is no place in carriage indicated by you, it is essential to consider other carriages.
You will be submitted number, name, departure and destination time and hour, type of carriage, number of place, as well as departure tariffs in conformity with indicated departure parameter.
User bears responsibility for correct entrance of information on passenger to system. Information on passenger in departure documents (tickets) is entered in Russian, with capital letters going beyond country and in azeri language for domestic trains.
It is necessary to go through registration in Online ticket section of railway.gov.az for buying departure documents (tickets) by internet. During registration, you need to enter name, surname, e-mail, telephones, series and number of identity card (ordinary passport) and other information. In this case, it is necessary to check correctness of information carefully.
When indicating security code, it is necessary take account difference of capital and fine letters. If it is not possible to select during review, you should appropriately push the button. Get acquainted with usage rules collateral with entrance of information and press registration button if satisfied.

Order blank obtained for domestic trains and trains moving beyond the country by internet or documents affirming the identity are submitted to booking offices in raiway stations.
After checking information in submitted order blank or documents by cashier, departure documents (tickets) are submitted to passenger.
Passenger is permitted to train after submitting departure documents (tickets) and identity card to carriage guide.
Tickets ordered by internet should be documented in railway booking offices up to 1 hour till departure of train.
It is necessary to apply booking office on time for prevention of misunderstanding.
You should remember that, passenger is allowed to take train with departure documents (tickets) document to his (her) name only.
Each passenger (full or child ticket) can take goods up to 36 kg free of charge.
Matters of changing places ordered by internet to other name are not permitted.
If unused ticket is submitted together with identity card to booking office (in conformity with period of returning rules), returning operation is conducted. Sum repaid in dependence on period of returning rules is returned from 7 to 30 calendar days after conduction of documentation in conformity with international payment system rules to paid bank card.
If you change order blank to departure documents (tickets), returning operation is conducted in dependence on period of submission to booking office:
During execution of repayment operations, services fees are returned to passenger completely and additional fees are deduced in sum of 0.60 AZN in domestic direction, 2.00 AZN in international direction for documentation of reimbursement operation. In this case, commission collection deduction prepaid for buying of departure documents (tickets) is not repaid.
Repayment of sum for unused departure documents (tickets) is conducted on the basis of identity card or notarially documented power of attorney. Power of attorney is kept in booking office.
